We have stayed here on a few occasions and have loved it every time. The cabins are nice but definitely not luxurious. Kids can ride bikes around the property. There is a basketball hoop and tether ball.
If you want to do some primitive camping this is your spot! There is nothing here but nature and plenty of it. While you are here check out Wheeler Geo area. Well worth it.
I have not been camping here in years until recently. As a kid my whole family (grandparents, aunt and uncles, and cousins would all go here for a week at a time. I recently took my family for an overnight on our way up into the mountains for in the woods camping. They loved it and it was just as I remembered it being. Yes you hear 160 but it’s not horrible. If you get a site next to river that’s definitely all you are goi g to hear. Great spots for tents and campers.
Quite National Forest camp ground that is a pay per night. Site has a nice creek and offers lots of hiking. Vault toilets and several water fountains. No electricity. Lots of wildlife in the area.
