Grounds are well keep and clean. Pool is a little dated but still clean and nice kids enjoyed it. Bath house is fine. Sights in loop B are not level we had to put the left side off the concrete and the right side on a level block to get level. Aside from that not to bad. Remember not FHU no sewer at any spot.

Outstanding clean and friendly ! Great views and quiet evenings. You have to try the ice cream.
