Cramped

The sites are back-to-back. Not long enough to park both my truck and 5th wheel. I had to park my truck offsite. Concrete parking pad with grassy lawn. Otherwise clean and taken care of. Small laundry room with old machines. Small dog park.

Run down

This campground might have been nice at one time. The property is for sale and needs a lot of attention. There were no concrete pads, the spaces are small, and the laundry looked unusable. Goat head stickers are everywhere. There is an indoor swimming pool that looks like it has not been used for several years. They do accept Passport America, so the $20 was doable for an overnight stop.

“Quiet”

Hidden Treasures RV Park in Douglas, AZ, is within a gated community right on the Douglas golf course. This is not to be confused with the city-owned Douglas Golf Course RV Park, also on the golf course. It looks like it used to be a nice RV park at one time but has since deteriorated. It is probably best to make online reservations as when we arrived, the office was closed for the holidays. There is a camp host on-site, but we never saw him, even after knocking on his door. One leg of the 50AMP receptacle on my pedestal did not work, and there was no one around to fix it, so I plugged it into a neighboring pedestal. There were primarily only full-time residents at the park. There are no signs on the highway telling you about the RV park. To get there, go to the entrance to Rancho Perilla Estates on Hwy AZ-80 in Douglas, go through the gates(they open automatically), turn right at Camino del Rancho, and it will lead you into the RV park. Since our visit was on New Year's Day weekend, the office was not open, and we did not check out the laundry or restrooms. We camped at Hidden Treasures RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Confusing check-in

This RV park has a self-check in. I made reservations 6 days prior to check in. When checking the folder which my name would have been in, it was not there. Some one did find it though miss filled. The site was barely long enough for my 39' 5th wheel. Sites are very close to each other. I don't plan on returning.

Very tight

We were looking for a last minute campground after picking our RV up in town after repairs. Everything was already booked for miles. This campground had one space available for our 38ft 5th wheel. The road was very tight getting in to it. Sites were very close to each other. But it was the only thing available. I don't plan on returning.
