Really Good Spot but Pricey

This campsite definitely gets props for its location. You can get a site literally against the dunes. Its also within driving distance of Provincetown. But, I think its a little pricey for what it is. The sites are pretty small and close together but the showers are decent. Just be prepared to get there bright and early as there are only 3 shower stalls.

Best Campground I’ve Seen

This is an absolutely beautiful campground with some tent sides literally on the sound. I woke up every morning to the loons calling under rolling fog. Just beautiful. The campsite strategically spaces sites apart both spacially and with elevation. It’s mostly covered with thick pines so even walking to the bathroom gives the illusion of a hike. The tent sites are beautiful with flat cedar pads built level for your tent(s). The bathrooms are also cedar making them smell amazing. I plan to go back there many times!!

Beautiful All Year!

We happened across this gem last year. this place has it all. There is a loop that circles the whole reservoir. One side of the loop is an easy driving path but the other is on the moderate side of easy with rocks and roots to navigate. Be careful with your dogs as there is a short distance you have to walk on a road to complete the loop. The reservoir is sizable with amazing wildlife; perfect for kayaking or SUP’ing. There are also day use areas even available to rent for a party. Also swimming in the rservoir is allowed. highly reccomend.
