Large site next to the shore. Short walk to swimming beach and showers. Kids loved it. Downside was having to haul our gear down a trail to get to our spot.

First time I stayed in a campground with heated bathrooms which was great because we pulled into camp during a storm. I do not snow camp so that was a blessing. Next day was beautiful. Even though it is a National Park the rangers allowed us to collect dead and down wood for the fire. They do not sell firewood in the park. Views were spectacular and so much to do and see. Definitely coming back to finish exploring the park.

Nice spot, walk to the water but no beach to speak of. Short pretty hike to Bailey Canyon beach access. Very clean vault toilets and drinking water. Nice spot for cooler season. Very hot in med-summer.

Stayed here for 4 days. Huge campsite with view of the lake, room for a few tents and a hammock. Fire pit. Can collect dead wood for the fire. Swimming, fishing and boating. Caught bass and catfish. Watched Osprey diving for fish in the early morn right from my campsite.Bald eagles, Herons and Hawks were also a joy to watch. Kids enjoyed swimming catching frogs, turtles and baby catfish with their hands. Poison oak is cleared from around the campsite but need to use care off trail. Nice short trail to Fir Cove. Very much enjoyed our time. Only downside was the heat.

A mix of full time, seasonal and overnighted. Pull through sites. Shower, laundry room. Free Wi-Fi has a weak signal so if you need a strong signal it won’t be found here. I stayed here through the winter and fell in love with it.
