Simple drive out of LA. The site itself is nice, I stayed on a weekday and there were a few people there partying. The “best” sites are the once up against the stream but also seem to be close together. 14 was awesome because it was at the end of the loop and overlooked the stream.

We’ve stayed here twice as it’s a great quick getaway from Los Angeles. We have been encountered by a bear once at night. We yelled “go bear” and it did in fact, go. Seemed friendly to say the least

This campsite was great. Completely secluded from the other sites. You’ll feel alone. We had both our dogs and never had to keep them on leash as the site site is pretty back from the road. We will come again but possibly stay in yurt.

Bring some bug spray if you’re bugged by bugs. Other than that there was plenty of space for plenty of campers.
