Kind of a weird location, but clean and nice with all the necessary hookups. Retirement oriented, but nice to everyone
Getting them to answer the phone or get a reservation for that matter was rather difficult, but it was all worth it! We used this as our base camp for the Alpine Loop (Engineer Pass and Cinnamon Pass). Took a day off to rent a kayak and do some fishing. The rainbow trout we pulled from the lake was absolutely delectable!
There are no hookups, no dumpsite, and no generators allowed (at the scenic campground area). The do have potable water though. Also should mention that there is basically no cell reception.
But if you’re game for some dry camping and want to check out the Silverton area, then this is the perfect campground!
Such a fun area and great campsite. The private fishing dock is awesome and the ocean and beach is immediately across the street. Just north of St Augustine- check out the castle, drive on the beach, and lots of good eats 🤙🏼!
Close to everything in Ft Pierce. Staff is friendly. Full hookups and clean.
Brand new and very pretty. This is a true luxury experience. Glamping at its finest. It has a tiki vibe, it’s on private golf course, gorgeous swimming pool and just a beautiful piece of property generally speaking. It is a little expensive but not when you take into account the amenities.
Not a ver nice place in my humble opinion. Mainly full time residents. It’s a pretty run down and dirty piece of property…
This turned out to just be a 55+ independent living community. There was no temporary camping to be found.
We are so excited we found this new KOA!!! It has all the things you would expect from a KOA such as accessibility and even a pool! Very clean and organized. Plenty of space and big camp spots.
It’s a nice area. The residents did not seem too keen on temporary campers. But they have some amenities available including a pool.
Our favorite place to stay when visiting family in Vero. The full time residents are very friendly as are the staff. The pool is clean and they have all types of camping available.
One of our go to spots to stay when we visit family in the area. Beautiful setting and the staff and neighbors are very friendly. The pool is clean and nice and they offer all kinds of camping options.
This is a decent campsite. There are some more secluded ones in the back away from the residential area.
This place is a gem. Mostly full time residents, but a couple beautiful water front sites. Clubhouse, friendly people, and a dock!
This is basically just a residential community. We could not even find a place to check in. There were a couple sites that maybe were open campsites, but there are many better places to camp in the area
We love this whole area. Best access to wilderness in central Florida
Good off-roading nearby ! All the amenities you want. Nice staff
Great place to post up base camp and explore 3 Lakes wilderness area!
We loved camping here, but the hurricane caused the springs to flood and they were unswimmable muddy brown. And it was 98 degrees outside. Beautiful place, but make sure the springs are open before you go!!! Especially if it’s hot 🥵!
We love this place. Great swimming in the cove, decent surfing, and awesome accessibility options for disabled!
