Quiet, rustic, and a nice inland lake.

We camped here after visiting the Northern Natural Cider and Winery nearby which we highly recommend. The campground itself was large with plenty of sites to choose from, first come first serve. I think it was something like $13. Bring cash!

We were there on a rainy October weekend and we were one of two total sites occupied.

Good boat launch. The site host was actually not there while we were, though it wasn't an issue.

Bring your own wood and ice.

Quiet, clean and gorgeous!

It unfortunately rained for almost every minute we were here, but the campground itself was great! Larry the host was great. Plenty of firewood available at his site. Day use area had a clean beach and good water for bathing/swimming. Awesome hike up to Spectacle Lake Overlook nearby. Go to Pickles Bar and Grill in Brimley nearby! Our site down by the loop had plenty of space.

Good for kayaking and paddling.

Clean, fun and GORGEOUS!

Make a reservation well in advance. Bathroom facilities were beautifully clean, fun yard games to borrow, kayaks to rent. Decent sized sites- some directly on the lake with access and beach. Use the map to pick the best one! Picnic table and fire pit. Easy to find. Highly rec. Wood and ice available at host site.

Lots of space, quiet, trails and lake access

First come first serve in the fall- we were basically the only ones there. Big spacious sites, lake access and good hikes from the campground. Gorgeous and quiet. Would go back!
