Stopped in at a last minute decision after seeing main street and wanted to visit area wineries.
43’ tag axle motorhome with 28’ trailer and they had a spot for us without unhooking.
Its nice to watch the planes takeoff and land right next to the RV park.
Campground is nice. Parking spots are level. Plenty of amenities. Showers and restrooms are very nice. Park seems well-maintained. We had some heavy rain prior to getting here and spots were flooded. Biggest issue I have is power connections on some of the sites we were in site 89 was on the opposite side therefore couldn’t run for 50 amp power had to run 30 amp. Check your site and make sure you have plenty of cord or that the power is on the correct side for your RV
The park was nice and quiet. All amenities worked ok. Down side was grass was not mowed and almost 8” tall. Would come back. Stayed 3 nights
The title says it all. The grounds are excellent. Plenty of spots. Water, electric, sewer, primitive sites, cabins, drive thru, back ins, lake front, golf, stone mountain itself, washer/dryers, store, etc. Wow! Will definitely be back. We parked with a 41’ motorhome by the lake for 2 nights and absolutely loved it.
This was a great spot to stop and relax we stayed 3 nights and was very peaceful. The bath house was close because of covid but the rest was good would definetely come back and recommend if traveling the Natchez Trace parkway. We were in a 41’ motorhome and had plenty of room.
Very sincere owners, helpful and assisted in parking. No property lights, hard to be able to keep dogs clean at this early stage. No internet available. Private and good for over night stay. Enjoyed Meant to say also they are very new some grounds are new and not grassy yet but this will be a great place to visit in a year. We will be back.
