Really liked the campgrounds. The staff were all very friendly. Besides full hookups, they have clean bathrooms, short trail walk to lake, a donkey, geese, a park for the kiddos, and a little c store to get some extras you may need. They have pull through sites too. Not level but that's what leveling blocks are for. Highway noise was no bother and easy access to I40. Definitely will stay again!
Very nice, quiet rv park. Close to the highway and downtown OKC. Highway noise is buffered by hotels so its not really that bad. Full hookups, free wifi and codes to bathrooms for more security. Lots are not super close, and it feels more private. Our pad was not super level but not a deal breaker. The only negative was the huge poison ivy tree right behind us. Luckily we didn't have our kids. We let the owner know on the way out and they were unaware and said they were spray it down right away.
Our plan: spend a few days at the campground and let our 12 yo son enjoy the Water Zoo.
Our reality: son didn't want to enjoy the water zoo. 😫
So we ended up taking him home to OKC and we came back. The campground is quiet besides the highway noise which is actually not that bad. The bathrooms were clean and a close walk. We had a full pull thru site which was nice . We also had a sweet view of the full moon and it was just amazing to sit and watch the open sky.
The only negative thing I could say was that the grass was a little long and there were grass burrs everywhere! Other than that, the quick stay was peaceful and quiet.
