Primarily used for long term RV sites. Not very attractive place. Laundry, WiFi, small meeting area. About a block from McDonalds.
But very busy in the summer. Well maintained paved camp area. Fishing, boat launch, swimming. Large meeting area. Camp host. Play areas.
A great place to launch a boat, picnic, fish or swim. Lots of area to play on the Pend Oreille River. Sees a lot of local swimmers and boaters. Nice wooded picnic area. Basic park camping. Close to Newport, Wa restaurants snd other facilities.
Well maintained and friendly people. Close to Diamond Lake and not far from Newport, Wa.
Right on Skookum Creek and very quiet. Nice spots spaced quite far apart. Grassy with fire rings and tables. Sometimes people stay awhile because it’s so nice. Lots of area to the NE to hike.
This campground has been overused and abused. There are several unimproved sites. The road going is can be difficult in spring. The area around a once beautiful lake has become trash infested.
Busy place in the summer. Well used campground with sites close together. The beach is good but not great. All the spaces are paved.
