Way to busy and packed We like our space and people park so close The lines for the dump station and trash are long. Water is drinkable but gross. Not worth it when you can move around free blm and not have as many neighbors.
We loved Dome Rock. It was so much better than the paid the LTVAs. It had less people and much more quiet. Our group had a blast at Dome Rock. We stayed on the side off of Cholla Rd.
Plamosa Rd blm camping is such a great spot. The camphost is amazing and it’s a wide open area with many spots It’s quiet and dark at night. Perfect for camping/boondocking
Well the Camphost Bob is amazing. 1/2 of the campers are folks passing through and either keep to themselves or are kind. 1/4 are homeless from Vegas, that kept to themselves and then there was the one bad one that was supposedly passing through that went to jail. Just be mindful of your area and belongings.
This area is amazing Between the rocks, the lake, the burros, the vault toilets, and the open space it’s beautiful!!! The burros are NOT wild 😂 & they get into everything. But we loved it. It definitely is a bumpy drive and I would not recommend trying to take a large rv down the wash road. I brought my 5x8 converted cargo trailer down and would do it again, but it was rough.
Loved this spot!! It’s quiet and has a creek and trees Lots of sand so don’t get stuck, you can go to Belly of the Dragon before anyone due to camping next to it!!
This has been an amazing spot to stay at. Prefect for day trips into Bryce and Red Canyon!! All the others staying were so nice.
It’s very quiet and pretty here. You have the water on the river at the bottom of the dam Spaces aren’t to close. It’s beautiful
