Car camping & backpacking with our two golden retrievers. đź“ŤNew Hampshire

Great pit stop

Stayed here for a wedding. They sites were clean and everyone was friendly. The pool and bathrooms are clean and very nice! Quiet campground, we were there during the fall. Loved our grassy site!

Within walking distance to Santas Village. Would highly recommend Waterwheel for breakfast/brunch!

Fun for families

Cool little campground right in Mallets Bay on Lake Champlain. Campsites are kind of close together. Nice pool, game room, and little store. Its a fun place for families! No lake access, but close to everything. Ten minutes from Burlington.

Lake Mead Area sites

Stayed here after flying into Las Vegas. Sites were wide open. Some car traffic is heard, it’s right next to a fairly traveled road. Very clean sites and bathrooms.

Breath taking

First time to Utah. BEAUTIFUL sites, very clean. Group site was awesome. We didn’t camp with tents, it was awesome waking up and having deer all around you!

This was our home base before heading out on a two night backpacking trip with students. Park Rangers were awesome.

White Mountain Favorite

Bond cliff trail wooden platforms and a three sided cabin (fills up quickly) at 4360 ft. Getting to the sites is pretty strenuous, but totally worth it!

We got to the site, claimed our platform and hiked over to West Bond to catch a beautiful sunset. Bear box located at a communal “cooking area” and cold spring water located at the site. Composting outhouse was surprisingly very clean!

There are some overflow sites that are more private, which I wish we knew about!

Small fee of $10 to stay, caretakers are awesome and knowledgeable! Would go back again in a heartbeat!

Family Camping

Best for families, HUGE campground.

Beach is beautiful and long on White Lake. Lots of trails to walk on and explore. Playgrounds and a little store to grab snacks and whatever you may have forgotten.

Sites are kinda close together, but overall were clean. Would come back here again for sure! Close to Conway and right off rte 16.

Hikers Paradise

First come first serve off the Kancamagus Highway on the Lincoln side. Pick your site and pay (cash or check) using the envelopes provided.

Stayed here before we hiked the Hancocks. Had to find the caretaker, but he was friendly.

Sites were clean, we went off season so we had the whole place to ourselves. Would go again!

Close to hiking

Cool campground, dog friendly. Lots of trails for biking and hiking. Great shaded sites, very clean! Sites were private and staff were friendly and welcoming.

LOVE

One of our favorite places to camp so far. The beach is AMAZING. Very clean campground. Town isn’t far away for shopping and some cool restaurants.

Quiet Park

Came here in the fall with some friends. Dog friendly, cool trails to walk on. The sites were very private. Would love to come back! The sites and bathrooms were also VERY clean. Friendly staff!

Excellent!

Great place. We have been coming here for over 20 years. Right on Lake Champlain. The only downside is the beach is rocky, so bring water shoes! Dog friendly, and you have the choice between wooded areas and grassy. Close to great road biking and hiking.
