Spaced out, great distance. Bathrooms are really clean! Some critters roam around, so lock up your food. Great hiking spots around, bring plenty of fire wood!!
The only bad part was the non quiet hours- so It was loud at night. But the campsites are far apart, easy walking distance to bathrooms. It was a nice spot we had, we just walked in and grabbed an open spot. Walking distance to easy hiking spots.
The sites alone made you feel like you were backcountry camping. Secluded, with privacy. The bathhouses were nice, clean, easy access. We had an amazing time, the river was the perfect white noise to sleep to. I recommend site 15. It’s perfect, with a little tunnel to the bathroom and entrance.
This was the best campsite we have been to. It was crowded, but everyone was quiet, there were quiet hours. The sites had a great view no matter which loop you were on. You could walk right out to the water and go kayaking. The attendants were wonderful. Someone never left our site that we reserved, so we luckily got the best site at the camp. (A49)- seriously, people were fighting over that spot. The bathrooms were amazingly clean. We’ll definitely be going back.
