I stayed here in July with my 8 year old grandson. It rained nearly the entire time, but the owners kept us up to date via text on serious weather conditions, indoor activities for the kids and held a great BBQ with live music Saturday night once the weather cleared. The bathrooms were clean, pool was beautiful (they texted to let us know when they opened as weather cleared) and we had a great time. I highly recommend them.

I stumbled across this RV park while driving around on my first day of vacation. It is nestled in Wears Valley, perfectly between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and yet away from the touristy feel. The RV spots are really spaced out nicely! The views are amazing and the staff are so helpful and friendly. I can’t wait to go back in November. Best week of vacation ever!

This park was beautifully kept. The bathrooms and showers were cleaner than any I have seen. The ladies at the front desk were helpful and friendly. My stay here was exceptional and I will come back.

Nice little spot right off the feeder road tucked back into the trees. Great playground, beautiful pool, friendly staff. Wi-Fi was great! I was able to work without using my hotspot. Bathrooms and showers were clean and stocked. We would definitely come back here again.

The area was quiet, bath house was brand new and very nice! Excellent cell connection and nice shady area.

This was a beautiful, well kept campground. We were in site #1 off by ourselves, yet had easy access to the bathrooms and laundry facilities. The staff were friendly and responsive to all our questions. Ground was level and roads well kept. We look forward to returning.
