This is a quite place way back in the mountains of Southern Virginia. The roads going into the campground is very narrow and steep up and downs. My breaks were gone by the time I got to the entrance. Mostly boaters go here to camp and mostly locals. The site has water, 50,30,and 110 hookups. No sewer. There is a dumpsite close. The bathrooms are very clean with great showers. However, on the weekends the locals keep them very busy. I will think twice before taking the roads again.
Nice RV Site if you are visiting Charleston, South Carolina. The site is very hot due to no trees. Currently the restrooms and showers are down, so you need to have a self contained unit. However, very quiet. No pull thru sites. Must back in.
Stopped overnight at this very quiet spot. Didn't see much but lake was very buetiful. Worth coming back.
This is one of the best sites we have ever been to. From the first encounter with the very friendly host at the gate, well maintained campsite, and very clean bathrooms, I would give this place 10 stars. The site is right next to the lake and has a wonderful breeze. Will be back soon.
Very Quiet location with level pull thru sites. Showers are clean and laundry on site. Many long term campers on site. Camping is a little pricy at 28 dollars a night but very safe.
We spent 4 days at this camp site. There is two different sites on with poured pads and the other just dirt. The sites are night and day different. One kept up and the other ran down. Unable to get on the good side due to long term retired campers. However, overall good place to stay for the cost. Bathrooms very clean.
