Went there with my youngest and husband. We had a beautiful tent spot. Hiked the entire day the next day and loved it. The water was low but still worth it!

We have camped here many times and it always is such a pleasant trip. We never feel like it’s crowded and the bathrooms are clean. There are plenty of activities to do if you want to get off of the campsite. There is swimming, horseback riding, kayaking, or shopping in the cute little towns close by.

Lock A is a very basic campground. There are not many sites so it isn’t crowded. There is a walking trail, swim area, and Cheatham dam is close by. There are a few play grounds on the property. Do not come here if you want to do anything outside of camping.

Great family friendly park with lots of hiking and historical sites. There is a beautiful waterfall and an adorable old church.
