Right on the river.

Beautiful spots right on the river. Bring bug spray for the mosquitos.

A good swim spot. Too many boats

It's a great place to swim when there arent 100 boats on the water. Leaking gas. If people could keep it clean, it would be awesome.

Beautiful!!

The scenery is amazing. The smell of the trees in the summer is my favorite part. Lots of great trails to hike.

Historic Camp.... 50ft from the freeway. 👎🏼

So much history in this area. A nice little camp with full hookups, cabins and tent spots. LITERALLY right next to the freeway. Camp host was not friendly and the noise never stopped. Keep on going down the road and look for something else if you’re looking for a true outdoors experience.

Amazing experience, wonderful scenery.

We enjoyed this experience with our family of 4 and 2 friends. The drive to get there was a little hectic but worth it. Long gravel roads filled with holes and big rocks. Take your time on the drive, your tires will thank you.

Don’t forget he essentials, no electricity or running water. There is a vault toilet outside.

Beautiful non-motorized lake, perfect for Paddle Boarding

This place is a gem. Warm water, no motorized boats. Perfect place for paddle boarding or kayaking. If you’re into fishing the lake is stocked with trout. Multiple dispersed camping spots that are only accessible by boarding or swimming.

Early morning to afternoon is best as the wind picks up in the late afternoon.

Beautiful River View

This is a good campground to stay in the summer months. There are only a few spots available. All the spots are right on the river which makes for an amazing nights sleep!

The main road is right behind the camp which can be noisy at times but the River helps with that.

Young’s Rock trail is just across the road if you’re looking for a difficult hike with ‘1400 elevation gain.
