I got there after a long trip in the car. I parked and camped on the side of the lake with primitive campsites and enjoyed the lake. The owners were super friendly. I did have to get in the car and drive to the bathroom…

Alittle bit on the pricey side to pitch a tent but did the trick. Has showers and flushable toilets. Easy off the highway and located near a tiny center of town with a few bars and stores.

Out in the country, this park was super quiet and cute. I stayed in the lean to and was acquainted with nature on my first night of my roadtrip. No showers or running water but made it work.
