Ideal for a few nights

Been looking for a spot for the night all day, until I finally found this gem. The water is incredible, it was warm enough for a midday swim. Depending on your clearance, you could park anywhere around the lake. Even with low clearance we still found a fantastic spot. No ATT service, Verizon worked fine though. Definitely coming back in the future.

Beware of mosquitoes

Drove through the whole mountain, only found one available spot on a Wednesday. The mosquitoes were so bad , we ended up leaving before the night set. Driving through the mountain I did see other great spots with grand Teton views that were already occupied . ATT and Verizon Service

Stayed up the forest road

Didn’t stay at Bennett campground , but drove up the same road to dispersed camping sites. Found a site on 4th of July weekend . Every site was very private. No cell coverage

Dispersed camping

Lots of space available for dispersed camping . Beautiful views and great location in town but still away from all road noise. ATT and Verizon service good .

Bring bug spray

For the views of grand Teton, make your way down the path to the spot by the river . Great spot , very private. The mosquitos were terrible so we opted to sleep in the car for the night , the views were rewarding though. No ATT or Verizon service

Worth the drive

Well spaced sites, very private . Various sites to choose from, whether it’s more wooded or open area. Didn’t have anyone pass me through out my 2 nights there, I went for 4th of July weekend. Spotty Verizon and ATT service but still managed to be able to text and call as needed .

Lots of room

Enough space along the banks to find a spot and still feel private . ATT and Verizon service. Accessible to low clearance vehicles
