Nice campground set in the forest. The roads in the park could use a little attention. The bathroom next to my site was freshly remodeled, and clean. Campsites are not on top of each other. Lots of hiking trails, I didn't have a chance to explore much as I was only there over night.

Found this place by accident. Its quiet, small and well hidden. The care takers are very helpful. It has clean showers and bathrooms, although they are very utilitarian. It sits right next to the swamp, with a nice boat launch and dock. From what the locals tell me. There is great fishing, plenty of gators, and good hunting.

Great campground, we had a large site on H loop, there was power for the turtle tank. Beautiful sunsets, and great vistas. Only 12 miles out of Tucson. Water was about 150 ft away. Only drawback was no showers. But it gave us a chance to try out our solar showers. Plenty of hiking trails.
