Amazing!

You can see dolphins in the water while you swim. Dog beach. ❤️

Love this park!

I keep coming back to Baker Park every chance I get! Small yet big at the same time! You don’t feel crowded or in a massive space at the same time! The bike trail is great!

Family friendly and just wonderful. Always a great time!

My first Five Star!!

I loved everything about Sunny’s! We stayed 2 days. We had RV problems. They had mobile RV Repair company that was recommended. Great Wi-Fi and cell service. Clean bathrooms. Swimming lakes. Nice guests. Family friendly. NO COMPLAINTS only compliments

Small & Rustic

No WiFi or cell service. I think Verizon May have worked (I had Sprint). Small pool and was thankful to use this. Road getting in and out was a bit rough. Campground is pretty remote. Nice owners.

Friendly & welcoming

We came in after hours for one night (with reservations) and were told where to park. Very friendly guests. Nice laundry and bath house. Pool avail (didn’t use) and nice overlook of the river. Looked like a very family friendly campground and appeared many were seasonal guests who stayed for the summer. Just a welcoming vibe

Very spacious!

Happy accident that we were able to stay at the park on a weekend. We drove up and they had availability. Nice & clean and it wasn’t crowded when we were there. No electric or water on our site. So it was pretty rustic camping.

Small and clean

We stayed for 2 days. The sites were small. Restrooms were closed due to Corona (not the fault of the park), however we were able to use laundry facilities. Small fenced area for doggies, which was nice.

The website stated creek swimming. I was sad that there was not a dock (or deck) or steps to get down to the creek and no sitting area at the creek.

Trolley stop to go into Pigeon Forge is right outside of the park. We couldn’t participate in trolley due to the fact they don’t allow dogs. But thought that was convenient spot for trolley. Maybe next time we will be able to try trolley out!

Rustic and charming

We stayed 2 days. Enjoyed walking around the property. Chatted with other guests. Friendly. Pool closed due to Corona (not the campgrounds fault). Bath houses.

Charming & friendly

Owner was friendly and on site. Nice clean restrooms. Cute creek and nice area to let dogs run.

Clean and simple

Perfect for a stop over between destinations. Owner is very nice and available. Liked the shelter.

Fabulous stopover

Very clean restrooms & showers! Easy to get in and out of the park from highway. Good Wi-Fi. Nice pool. Nice office. Well organized. We were just passing through area and it was easy to get to and no complaints!

Cute little campground

Friendly & clean. Nice people and cute! Stores nearby. Just staying one night as we headed back home. No complaints! There are some cute vintage campers and tiny cottages for rent as well.

Nice doggie park area fenced off too!!

Beautiful & BIG

We had a RV, Class C, and no addl vehicle. This park is HUGE & a separate vehicle or bikes at the minimum are needed. We camped in the 100 campground and the lake was 2+ miles (one way) away.

Also, we had a pre-schooler. I felt this park was fabulous for older kids. The playground was fine (closed due to corona) was fine. But really with the amount of space, older kids and bikes would be ideal.

Walk to waterfall was fabulous. My 4 year old granddaughter struggled with super steep hill on return route. But was able to do it!

Private sites at well spaced. No water on site. There is water and dump station at the 300 campground.

Great picnic table and fabulous restrooms & showers.
