Great place for family or couples-quiet and clean

Stayed here a couple weeks before Memorial Day weekend (Thanks, Veterans!). Had the far back area to ourselves. Nearest other campers were four sites away. Lots of places to walk and ride bikes. A bit pricey, but it's up on the mountain so you are within an easy drive of hiking trails and other recreation activities.

Average; Good Bargain Stay

Definitely not upscale which can be a good thing. Friendly folks in the office and on the phone. Stayed Memorial Day weekend in a site along the Lewis River. Somewhat small sites, but not overly so. Restrooms were fairly clean, but some accumulation of leaves and dirt dragged in on shoes, Small showers available for a fee. Bar with pub food available. Easy access to I-5 which is nearby. Some road noise outside, but we didn't hear it inside. Quite a few play areas for the children. Senior Discount available. Pretty good bargain for the most part. Water, Cable, power available at each site. Two dumpsites in the park. Gravel and dirt roads to riverside sites.

Quiet, clean, well kept, no frills

Reservations on the phone were helpful and pleasant. Rest Rooms with showers are very clean all the time.  Maintenance workers are busy about the park weekdays. Ice machine use is included. Picnic table under a 20-30 ft tree on every site. Use your Good Sam club discount. Drive-through and back in sites available. Sites are level on a slab of cement on which you may be able to park two cars if you camper is under 30 feet. Situated within 3/4 mile of hardware store, grocery, big box stores, small indoor mall, and fast food. While here, the killdeer were nesting (they hide their speckled eggs among the rocks on a path or trail so watch your step). See photo.
