Well kept grounds friendly staff.

Very Clean and convenient location to Colorado Springs. Thought highway traffic noice would be a problem but, could not tell rv park is next to the interstate. Tent camped here and they have special raised beds with pavilions for tent camping.

Lives up to the Beautiful View in the foot hills of Presidential Peaks. Tent camped in August and woke up one morning at 38 degrees. Very nice and clean.

Very close to Fort Leonard Wood. Went to my son's Graduation and his first stop off base was Waffle House for Chocolate Chip Waffles. We had to remind him to chew your food, don't inhale!

We stayed here for 12 days cause of center location to see it all. Hardware store up the road for any small fix-its. If you had a long day playing tourist order pizza and they will deliver it to your RV

Very Clean well kept park, food was very good including the Lemon Drop Martini's.

Very Beautiful Gated RV Park, well maintained lawn, large club house with pool. Large catch and release fish pond in the middle.
