While the road in is a bit rough, this simple campsite has lush tree coverage and nice restrooms. There are also picnic tables and fire rings for campers to enjoy. Be sure to bring your own firewood and water. Happy camping!
The road into this campsite is long and rugged. Not worth the hassle in my honest opinion. While it does have river access with a launch ramp, the on site facility workers are less than friendly. Everyone had a terrible attitude which really was a bummer. Will never come back.
During the warmer months, the wind gets so intense! Gusts up to 70 mph at times. Be sure to hunker down and put away your folding chairs 😅
Come slow things down at this wonderfully secluded campground. About 6 miles off the main highway down a rough dirt road lies this hidden gem. Whether you’ve got a boat to launch, a travel trailer, or a good ol’ fashion tent, you’re welcome here! Located right on the beautiful Colorado River! Heads up, this place gets packed during the warm months!
