Great Location in Beartooth

Campground has two loops. Upper which has some campsites that are close to the creek. Lower is a large circle on the other side of creek. Both sides have vault toilets. All sites have firepits and picnic tables. Vault toilets and campground sites were kept clean and firewood is available for sale.

Large Campground

Large campground with many sites on lake. Sites are somewhat large in size, moderately spaced apart. Shower facilities that were very clean. Ice and firewood available.

Quiet

Quiet campground tucked way back in. Most sites have lake access. All have fire pits. Vault toilets. Hiking trails are right there. Fresh blueberries on trail.

Campground in Allegheny National Forest

Nice location near the water. Campground has three sections to it. Once you come in the main enterance, off to your right are nice walk in tent sites. Off to the left are two loops for tent and RV camping. There are two bath houses, one near each loop. They each have three hot water showers, flush toilets and sinks. All sites have a fire ring. Some sites offer more shade than others. (We were at site #31 and it didn't have much shade.) Ice and firewood is avaliable. You are better off getting firewood down the road as you will get more wood for the money. Current price is $10 a bundle. Ice is only $2 a bag. Closest grocery store is in Kane. There are hiking trails nearby. The only thing that I didn't like was that it seemed that many of the sites were quite muddy because all of the grass was worn out. Not much grassy area for tents. Other than that it was great.

Beautiful

Quiet campground. Some are open areas backed up to woods. All have fire pits and picnick tables (some were brand new).
Flat grassy areas for your tent. Hiking trail along the stream. Saw a Bald Eagle on day 1. Unfortunately there was no fire wood for sale as were there prior to April 1st when the camp host is there. I would stay here again. Short distance to Cherry Springs area.

Nice and Convenient

RV's & Tents. Hosts were awesome and helpful. Firewood available on site for purchase. Vault toilets but kept clean. Campsites were nice and space apart. Fire rings and very nice picnic tables. About 50 miles from North Rim of Grand Canyon.

Great Views of the Tetons

Camped here. Basic campground with vault toilets. Campsites have fire rings and picnic tables. Waterfall and hiking paths nearby. Great views of the Tetons. Lots of mosquitos in the summer.

Nice

Nice alternative to Cherry Springs. Campgrounds are well maintained. Clean bathrooms with toilets, sinks and shower.
We camped at site #26. Maybe had to walk in about 50ft. to campsite. Has fire rings and picnic table.

The Absolute Best

By far, this has got to be the absolute best for BLM camping. Many, many campsites. You are secluded and you are very far apart from others. The scenery is great and awesome views of the sunset. This is a definate go to.

Beautiful

Did not camp here, campground was full. Drove through and looked though. Just as nice as the North Campground although no trails start out of here.

Beautiful

Large campsite area with 101 campsites. I believe loop A is for RV's only? There are loops B,C & D for tents. Campsites are spacious and you do not feel like your neighbors are right up against you. I would absolutely camp here again. Trails are nearby. Flush toilets, potable water, picnic tables and fire rings.

Great small campground.

This campround is mostly for RV's but there are 6 tent sites, 3 of which sit close to the main road. The bathrooms have flush toilets, sinks and showers. They are well maintained and very clean. Tent campsites have fire rings.

Nice!

Each campsite is equipped with shelter. We camped at site #1 which was a little tucked back. Camp sites have fire rings and grills. Also spigot water. Bathrooms with showers, sinks and flush toilets although some were inoperable at the time. No soap, no paper towels or air dryers. No Ventilation in the bathroom areas whatsoever. Otherwise very nice.

Great Location

This is in a great location. There are (approximately) 20 RV sites and 50 camp sites. Located before Zion park entrance. Camps have fire rings, some have picnic benches. Facility has flush toilets, showers and washers/dryers. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that the showers were not so clean. Toilets and drinks were.
Also, they have wi-fi available.

ROUGH ROAD

You need very high clearance to get to this camp site. Very rough road to get to it. Could not get all the way there.
