Beautiful views, prime location in one of Colorado's most beautiful areas. Bathrooms were clean, water was readily available.

The downsides are that the sites are pretty close together and not super clearly delineated. I'm sure it depends on the night, but I came on a night when my neighbors on all sides are especially loud, one with loud conversations, one with very unhappy small children.
