The location is awesome. There is laundry and showers on site. The campground is mixed with some hotel and villa accommodations as well. The pool and splash pad are perfect for kids. The staff was friend and helpful. The area is clean.
I would say they could use some refreshing of the amenities but overall they are still clean and operational.
Great location, clean sites and facilities, well spaced between sites. $30 a night. Quite part of base.
*There are gators in the water filled ditch along the sites.
The staff is friendly. Most sites are grass or gravel with a few concrete pads. Services are in place. The recreation room is nice and clean.
This place got it done for our visit to Big Bend. It’s your typical RV Park on the edge of a National Park (close spots, basic amenities). The area is very quiet. The staff we interacted with was friendly and helpful. There is a fuel station and small convenience store on the property.
Nice concrete level sites. Easy access. The sites are large with short fence sections between. My only complaint would be I was unable to contact the office to confirm availability or make a reservation. With that said we showed up and there were 4 or 5 sites unoccupied.
6 sites with full hook ups right next to the city park. It is free. Not even a spot to make a donation if you want to. Minimal shade for the heat of the summer, but the area and park are clean and relatively well kept. Again FREE with a 3 night limit.
This is a nice spot with lots of amenities, including a dog was station. The sites are a mix of nicely spaced and shaded with a ‘newer’ area that is all stone snug spaces with almost zero shade. Facilities were clean and staff was friendly and helpful.
Really enjoyed our quiet stay here at Pine View. The campground is for military/retirees only, and is very quiet. There is water and electric with a dump station at the top of the hill. $20 a night plus a $5 dump fee and $5 trash fee per stay.
Camp host was super friendly and helpful. The facilities (shower, restroom, laundry) were clean and functional, although the laundry could use an upgrade.
This spot is absolutely awesome. Super quiet campground with full hook ups. Friendly hosts and seasonal campers that will point you in the right direction for local exploring. Very family and pet friendly. Around an hour from Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks, Bryce Canyon is definitely closer though. There is lots of other awesome sites to see in the area as well. Shower house, bathrooms, and laundry available as well.
The sites are tightly packed. The hook ups (especially sewer) are awkwardly to the far rear of the sites. All black top and gravel, which really gets warm on the hot July days. There is a fenced in dog relief area. The campground is right next to the base splash pad and a big park. Cheap $25 a night full hook ups was definitely worth the stay. There’s a nice few of the mountains and seeing/hearing the F-35 rip through the sky was awesome!
This campground is situation on Henrys Lake and provides amazing views from the campground. There are trails to explore without going too far. The park is ~20 minutes from the West Yellowstone entry, but nestled away from the hustle of the tourist town. Clean shower house. Super friendly staff/hosts/rangers.
My only negative is it’s $71 a night if you’re a non-Idaho resident.
Overall we’d stay here again hands down!
This campground was a good base to see the Tetons. The sites are close. Sites have concrete pads that the hook ups are on, making it challenging to get a good flow for sewer. The bathhouse was clean and easily accessible, but slightly dated. The surrounding towns have a ton to see, eat and enjoy, plus Jackson Wyoming and the Tetons are just an hour away over the amazing Teton Pass.
Overall a good spot to stay.
This park has super friendly and helpful staff. The park and it’s facilities are clean. The pull through site we had was nicely located in the trees, but isn’t the simplest pull through I’ve seen. There is a nice designated pet area with a small fenced in area.
Very nice, spacious campground. Clean grounds and facilities, with a new shower house. Electric only at the sites, but fresh water fill and dump station available.
Extremely affordable sites, with water and electric. Dump available. Only 6 sites total. Sites are concrete pads, but far from level. Site 1’s water is not working, so we had to piggyback off or site 2 with our own splitter.
The park is relatively quite, but is used some early mornings for Unit PT and during the day for other unit and small group activities.
