Beautiful

Beautiful out-of-the-way park halfway between Los Angeles and San Francisco. Lots of green space lots of room for kids to play full hook ups available .bathrooms are neat and clean. There is a nice free museum. It’s a county park reasonable rates $25 a night. Unfortunately it’s closed till 2021 due to COVID-19.

Plain jane

Stayed here one night. Level gravel parking. Full hookup. Swimming pool no bathroom or showers. Location is in the older part of town. Street people are nearby. They have night security. Nice hosts. 7 miles to Las Vegas strip closer to downtown.

Close

The campground is a bit crowded. It is behind a hotel. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. It is only four miles from Mount Rushmore. There is a nice tourist town called keystone with all the amenities. Stopped at a restaurant called Ruby’s good food try the buffalo. $45 per night full hookup.

Nice

A very nice park only about 18 slots. Cement pads electric , water, pump station . Near the platte River. Not a lot of shade no showers or bathrooms. Nice little town with everything you need. A good stop over on your way to my. Rushmore

Bare by the river

A very small park that features a boat ramp to the river. About a dozen unkempt sites more suited for tents and pop ups. No hookups nor bathroom.

A bit tired

It’s a nice enough campground definitely starting to show its age the laundry rooms and showers looking old Plenty of room for kids to run around

Work in progress

Bare bones campground nice new showers and bathrooms gravel pads I’ll pull through. $35 a night close to Marquette golf course in a casino.

The name appears as Chocolay River RV .

This is a new park still under construction lots of flat gravel spaces. They’re all pull through with full hook ups. Is close to a golf course and a casino in the city of Marquette. Nothing fancy nice new bathrooms.
