I spent about a week here. Road in is primitive with slight washboards. Plenty of spots to choose from. Itβs about 22 miles from Arches National Park and 25 from Moab but about 7 miles to Interstate 70. I was able to visit Arches and Cannonlands from here which was great. There is a train that runs twice a day, cows grazing every now and then and you can hear the traffic on the highway. Great cell service (I have Verizon).
This place is only about 2 miles from the main road with plenty of spots for camping. The road was primitive but in very good shape. Maybe about a 15 minute drive from Flagstaff. Park next to campsite. Fire ring available ππ very pleased
Only stayed here for a night. Super easy to find. I took the first spot available and made camp. I awoke to cows near my tent. Unphased by me doing their on thing. There were plenty other spots available that were higher up that gave beautiful views
Take Middle March road on left off of highway 80. Campsite is 10 miles on the left. The first .5 miles is paved, the other 9.5 miles is primitive (embedded rock, loose gravel, and about 75%washboard). Youβll cross a few cattle guards and dry river beds. Plenty of camping spots with fire rings.
