We stayed in site 109, which is a full hook up site. Slightly unlevel, needed blocks on the right side. There was some trash left in the burn barrel, a few beer caps, and cig butts on the ground, but otherwise, basically, ok. There is a beautiful lake for kayaking, boating, and fishing. A nice playground area, a laundry facility, and shower room.
In order to get in the campground, you have to have a code texted to you, no other way in! We had a pull through spot (I). The spot was slightly unlevel on the right side.Although there was loud interstate noise, it was still peaceful with the babbling creek in front of our site. There was a shower room, restrooms, laundry facilities available and all were clean. A huge beautiful pool and a children's pool, all were kept up nicely.
This is our 2nd time here, this time for a quick overnight stay. I really like this place! Beautiful, friendly campground. Large camper sites, walking trails, pool, playground, laundry facilities, store, and showers. Everything was very clean. Literally 5 minutes off the interstate, but very peaceful and quiet! We stayed at site B6, which was full hookups, including cable TV. Trash pickup at site.
Spent the night here on site E4. It is a level gravel site with full hookups, including cable TV. There is a pool, playground, meeting room, bar and BBQ area, laundry facilities as well as shower rooms. Each site had plenty of room. Ours was a pull through and we didn't have to unhook to fit! The campground is very clean with beautiful landscaping.
This campground is a great place for families. Everything from a waterpark, to a lazy river, adult pool, playgrounds, hay rides, activity center, volleyball, hiking trails, and a store are available. The sites are level, but full sun. Full hookups.
We spent 2 days here on site M2. It was full hookups. The site pad was packed gravel and slightly unlevel. We have a 27 foot camper and was slightly difficult to maneuver into the site. If your camper sits low, chances are it will hit the road on some of the inclines. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. The pool was up to 8ft deep, so watch your children at all times! Propane was available, as well as a small grocery.
This is our 2nd time staying here for a quick overnight stay. I would definitely like to stay here longer! Even though it's very close to the interstate, it was very quiet. We had a full hook up site, relatively level. It had a picnic table and fire ring. Shower rooms, laundry room, and store, as well as snack shop! The camp hosts were very kind and friendly. Lots of walking around we area. We were in site B1 46 dollars a night.
We stayed at Sunset West, which is the same RV park, but just about 5 minutes down the road. Amenities were only available at the east location. This included a small office, laundromat, and shower room. We had site 57, which was a level blacktop site that had sewer, water, cable and electricity. Dumpster located on site for trash. Loud traffic noise. But, with all that, it was 45.33 with tax.
We stayed here for just one night. Unable to use women's shower or bathroom, d/t it being locked and no code. Per my hubby the men's was very old and dirty. The grounds were full of trash. We were in site 31 full hookups, but the cable didn't work. Sites are gravel but level. Laundry room available.
We were in site 020, electric only. No shade in this spot! Needed 2 blocks on the left side to level. Play ground, hiking, beautiful river! Many deer walking through the park. We were only here for one night, really wish we had longer to explore!
Beautiful park!! Numerous hiking trails. A beautiful river for kayaking and fishing. Our site is concrete and level. Fire pit and picnic table on site. Shady, waterfront, large site. Water and electricity only, dump station available. Showers and restrooms were a short walk, clean but dated.
This campground is very family oriented, playgrounds, a "real" fort, teepee, basketball court, hiking trails, and a huge family pool. There's also a grown up only pool with a hot tub! Laundry room was very clean, as were the showers. We were in site 414 which was mostly level pea gravel. Picnic table and fire ring were on this full hookup site.
We came here for a quick over night stay. Right off interstate by gas stations and food. We were in a pull through spot, which was level, but barely long enough for our truck and 30 ft camper. Full hookups (bring extra long electric cord!), picnic table, showers, cable, dog park, and extra parking area noted. No fires allowed. With Good Sam our spot was 34.00 which was quite reasonable.
We stayed here knowing that it would be full. Well, it was crowded and loud! Kids riding golf carts everywhere. Still we had a nice stay at 30 dollars a night! Ice machine, picnic table, playground, hiking trails, kayaking and fire pits. Our site # 57 needed 2 blocks to level.
If you are afraid of snakes, please keep your eyes open! But don't let that stop you, this is a beautiful quiet campground! We stayed 2 nights in site 40, on the lake; water and electricity but no sewer. Concrete pad, needed 1 block to level. Lake view is a little obstructed from the site we stayed at, but will definitely go back! Lots of trees and privacy, a lake, and walking trails. Cabins, showers are both a little outdated, but clean. Well a couple of spider webs shouldn't discourage you…
Very family friendly! The pool was closed, which was sad as it was a very hot weekend. Our son camped in the site next to us. This site was quite close to the two next to us. We were directly across from the lake, which had a couple big gators!! Our site was grass and gravel, level. The traffic and train was quite loud. The host/owners are super sweet! They have a store, game room, laundry, cabins, group sites, gazebo, pool, and snack bar! Pretty grounds, close to ball fields.
This is my 2nd time to stay here. It's a very convenient place to watch nearby softball games. 2 pools, a game room, trash pickup, kayak rental, fishing pond, miniature golf, and a playground are available. It's just a couple of minutes from the interstate, so it's pretty loud. We stayed in 105, a back in site, concrete pad, unlevel ground, tight spot to get into. This site was 49 dollars a night. There is a store, laundry, and showers on site.
We stopped here just for a quick overnight stay on our way to Louisiana. Gravel spots with a concrete slab in front. Definitely just a no frills parking lot with full hookups. No trees, no playground, no pool, no picnic table, no fire ring. There are 2 parking areas. The first area has the office, laundry and bathroom. Our site was 53. Each site faces the one parking next to you! See pictures. But, for 29 dollars a night for full hookups, it's ok.
We are in site 67, it's pretty tight for our 32 ft camper. Gravel spot needed 2 blocks to level. Nice view out our back window. Two shower buildings and two laundry facilities, which were very clean. The grill at this site was very dirty. Also large amount of dog poop noted in our site and the ones near us. There are several full-time campers here, but they are kept neat. A pool is located near the front entrance. Price is excellent for full hookups at 49.50 tax and fees included.
This is a very peaceful campground nestled into the beautiful hills. Lots of room between campsites! Trees and the wonderful sounds of nature. Gravel site that needed 2 blocks to make level on site B16. Picnic table, fire ring, playground, horseshoes, shower and toilets, laundry room; all on well maintained and beautiful clean grounds.
