Very grateful that Winslow allows overnight camping. This is a large parking lot at the welcome center. Best for a quick stopover. This spot is adjacent to a train station and large strucks were also parked. It was very loud until about 10pm and then it started up again around 6am
Stayed here on a drive through the area. Only ones here aside from one other camper. Beautiful spot with plenty of spacious spots. Pit toilets- no running water. Water and Mtns were beautiful
Easy access and near the park entrance for Joshua Tree NP I arrived Saturday afternoon and there were plenty of open spots to choose from. Quiet and spacious

Lovely location and easy to navigate. I could have given it 5 stars except 1) there was a camper running its generator all night- thats a hard sound to sleep to 2) the host’s site its a big mess and looks like they have been living in that one spot too long. They didn’t even bother to put my reservation on my site or shovel the snow on the pad.
Clean, quiet and very easy to pull your camper in/out. excellent hiking nearby and surrounded by pristine desert.
Quiet and clean. Reservations needed for most of the sites but we pulled in for $10 got a open site. Playground, bathrooms, water, and electric available.
This campground has running water, pit toilets, and well maintained campsites (small camper van or tent - not good for big rigs). First come availability- we pulled in at 7pm and had plenty of spaces to choose from. No electric Beautiful views of the water Safe and clean Credit cards only to pay fee ($10)
I was lucky to receive a tranquil, secluded spot next to a brook - perfect. This campground has nothing to do, or plenty you can do - walking, hiking, biking, and close access to all Gunstock's adventures.
