My brother and I love to go camping out here. The primitive site are only a mile hike. So long enough to discourage the loud party campers. Just close enough where you could still pull cooler or carry a canopy( not that you will need it with all the trees) I don't know about the other site. But the primitive is so noce

Wind point park is one of my favorite parks in North texas. Inhave been going here since I was a kid. I now take my kids to this park. It still has the same family feel as always.
