This place is quiet. Clean and the hosts are amazing. Although a lot of the campsites need tree removal as if you have a group or large equipment, it problem won't fit. It does need improvements. But for the price and usually an open spot. It's worth it. Plus it's a short drive to Trillium lake. Great location too.
