How camping sould be

Open space in a pine forest, nothing but a picnic table ans space. If you need it you better bring it.

Best site of a 2000k trip

We wish we had more time here, despite a severe storm coming in the park is awesome. The camp sites were the most well kept that i have ever seen. The bathrooms are the cleanest that we have experienced. The ability to walk trails, play on the playground or run around an open field makes this a place for families.

Very quiet and secluded

An out of the way oasis, it was almost empty (only 2 other campers). Sat down and talked with the super friendly Ranger for awhile. The bathrooms were open, clean (except for stink bugs, but what can you do about that) and warm first thing in the morning. One cant ask for anything else.

Quick over nighter

We were passing through and only stayed one night (3pm to 6am), not enough time for a full evaluation. People are friendly and helpful

Friendly

Very fun and kid friendly with play ground.
