Love it here

I stayed here last year. no info in bath housed, we showed in our camper. cable TV and wifi work ok. close to beaches. sunset and beaches on either side if ferry terminal jetti are free and no cost to park. they are on the bay so small waves. there's a lake and pool at the campground. staff and fellow campers are friendly. the entrance is unlit at night and sign us hidden by their shrubs if coming from the south. that's my only complaint

nice park, crowded but close to beach

I really liked the park. it was clean and bathrooms were clean.

campground is close to beach, which is the big draw. there are a lot of activities in the area that makes the park attractive to visit.

on the downside it is crowded and the sites are close together.

there were no issues with bugs, which is a plus being near water.

the park allows golf carts, which was the first I've seen at state parks.

nice park lots to do

this is a great park. the lake is great for swimming, boating, and fishing. bathhouse are ok.

sites carry. this one was a little smaller than most at the park, but it still worked fine there are full hookups available as well.

spacious sites

I Luke's this campground a lot. the sites are very large and well maintained. there are large gravel spaces bordered with wood. two large picknick tables at each site. site had electric and water nearby. plenty of room to back in.

I was there in April so the park was pretty empty and no traffic on the lake. everything was well maintained and beautiful.

Nice park Nice campground

We stayed there a week in June. campground was full and busy on the weekends, but that's everywhere now. site was big, with a little wodeed space around site. sites are spaced out nice and ample size. there is a campground boat launch that's convenient for kayaks or canoes. The sites have electricity and water nearby.

bathhouse were nice and and.

We really liked the lake and the pool.

wonderful campground but sites are close together

The park is amazing. the bike trails and kayaking trails are great. kayaking through thenald cypress swamp is a unique experience. campground store is worth checking out. sites are water and electric within easy reach. everything is sand. sites all seemed Level. cell provider Verizon had great signal. didn't go in bath houses.

you are less than an hour from the ocean, so day trips from here are a breeze. other comments said sites were tight to back in, but I didn't think they were tight (33' TT).
