Tight but nice

The staff was friendly and the office are was clean. Camp sites are a lil close so I hope you like having neighbors. We were here towards to end of the season so it’s pretty quiet. The campground it self was clean. I would recommend this campground

Beautiful view

We stayed here back in March of 2021 on their first day of opening for the season. The lake was low which we understand due to coming out of winter. The staff was super friendly. Had an issue with a leaking drain in my RV and I didn’t have any tools with me. The staff quickly helped me out and I really appreciated that. Place is quiet and enjoyable.

Best kept secret

If you don’t know anything about this place, I would recommend it! The sites are level and clean, and the lady who checked me in was very nice and accommodating. You are a stones throw away from Katy trail which will take you to downtown St. Charles. The trail is about 1.5-2 miles to get to downtown. You can bike or walk there. You are on the final approach for the airport, so I’ll could be a lil noisy for some. The only bad thing which isn’t the campgrounds fault, is you can’t have a camp fire due to the city ordinances. But if that’s the worst….I’ll take it. Wish I had taken pictures of the campground but there was so much to do in St. Charles that I forgot to take them.

Nice!

This place is very clean, and the staff is very friendly. Conveniently located near Disney world and universal studios. Lots are spaced far enough apart for privacy. Not a whole lot of shade trees, but we still enjoyed the park!

Final approach!

The campground is on the final approach for the airport, so you get to see a lot planes flying overhead, which you don’t even notice cause they are quieter than they used to be be, and I think they shut down flights around 10pm. At least I didn’t hear them. The campground it’s self is clean and the staff was nice. We stay here when we visit our son and daughter-in-law.

I don’t fish but others says the fishing is good. The store has a few things you might need. The food is ok, but they do deliver your food to your campsite.

Nashville!

We rented a cabin for the older kids, and the wife and I stayed in our RV. Both the cabin and campsite were clean and the staff was nice. Pool area is clean. Even though this campsite is just off the highway, it is still pretty quiet. They have a shuttle to take you down town, but you have to call and let them know you want to go. $10.00 per person which is reasonable. Lots to do in Nashville!
