Location

Great location to everything in the poconos. Mostly long term residents. Sites are dirt/grass and are not level, but they are long which makes up for the front to back level issue. Lots of weekenders and vacationers.

Great stop for the week

Friendly people. Full hook ups. Level spots. Pretty lake to look over. Easy on and off the highway and easy access to shopping and RV store. No frills but worth the money.

Nice Stop

Simple stop over spot. spots are level and gravel lined with decent hook ups.

Hidden Gem

We spent a week at this location. The sites are at the back of the property near two small ponds and it was quiet. The golf course was nice, although we did not play. The sites had 50 amps and full hook ups. We arrived later afternoon and were shown to our spot. The wifi was decent in the back area where we stayed. It was mostly workers and there was barely anyone during the day. This was a very quiet and peaceful stop for the week and we would certainly stay again.

Great Place, Great People

We stayed the week of Thanksgiving to visit friends. This park is an awesome place to stop. They have a decent indoor pool, buffalo in an enclosure, and laundry facilities. They have a church service on Sundays, and they bake muffins each morning that are free for guests. My youngest did not miss a day. For the area, I would recommend this for a stop over or week stay or if you are working in the area.

Beautiful and a Must Do

This park has it all. Top notch fishing, easy access to beautiful beaches and surfing. The check it was easy, but be warned that the little white building is a 1/4 mile before the entrance on the right. There is a parking area at the office to park while you register. You need to sign in and they call your cell when its time to come in due to covid. The only single complaint is the tiny burrs that are all over the grass area and dunes. They get tracked in an hurt when finding them with bare feet. Our youngest screamed bloody murder the first time walking in flip flops over the grass. Shoes required for most of this park. Lots of winter texans and most were really friendly. You have an excellent view of Spacex' Boca Chica launch facility across the channel. We ended up staying a few extra weeks, and we plan to return as often as we can. The horseback riding on the beach by Island Adventures is expensive but well worth the money. This place is too beautiful to get crammed into the local KOA.

Awesome Park

We stopped here for an overnight and wished we had stayed longer. The sites are top notch and are all concrete from what we could see. This park is highly maintained and everything we saw or touched showed that the owners took pride in their business. We will be coming back this way and we will plan to stay longer and take advantage of the other park features. The staff on the phone to reserve for the night was friendly and very helpful with getting us a spot. Our reservation with a map was on the door as we arrived mid afternoon and our spot was easy in and out. I would highly recommend this park.

Quiet Place to Stay

This park is friendly and a quiet place to stay. The spaces are generous and level. We stayed a month, so in the area for long term, the wifi is not very good, but T-Mobile and Verizon cell service are both good. The staff is friendly and we enjoyed our time here with the longer term campers. Be careful of the really sharp burrs that are on the desert floor. We tracked them in on our shoes and it was painful barefoot find. The solitude is great for downtime from the world.

Beautiful resort

Pulled off the highway for the night and stumbled across this gem. The sites are level, and the grounds are beautiful. A bit pricey, but it’s a vacation destination, not a rest stop. Pools, hot tubs, game room, craft room, this place has it all. The staff were extremely friendly at check in and the security seems to be good. We will stop here longer on our way back north.
