Close to your neighbors

Pulling in to the camp ground it wasn’t what I expected. Roads are very narrow and spots are extremely tight. You must have some skill in backing up to get in these spots. Water, electrical, and sewer plus wifi made are available. I would recommend the back campground which is closer to the trail. The positives are how close it is to Watson Lake. You can walk 15 minutes on a trail connecting the two. There is also a kids playground at the Lake and a huge grass area.

Great time for young and old

Playground for the minds… peaceful lake with benches and fishing for the more seasoned. Highly recommend.

Camping allowed Friday/Saturday night only

We took our RV out just for the the day. I would recommend getting there early as spots fill up as people park for the day and play in the river. Plenty of spots to set up a tent, but not very spread out or private. There were bathrooms and picnic tables as well. A great place to view the wild horses and hike.
