Devil’s Lake State Park is a great place for anyone to get away for a while. It offers a variety of spacious campsites at great rates, and plenty of outdoor activities to participate in, including hiking, swimming, and canoeing. While they offer many necessities on site, especially in-season, there is a Walmart close by if you realize you’ve forgotten something. It is important to note that as you get closer to the off-season, more restroom facilities and water pumps are shut down, so be prepared to bring your own water if you are going in the fall.
