It is Yellowstone. Campsites are different. You can't understand what they mean until you get there. The reservationist said our car and pop up were too long. Our camper and SUV fit perfect side by side. Nice wooded site with some privacy. Elk were moving thru camp ground, one night was warned a Grizzly was in general area. Excellent Programs from park service nightly in pavilion. No electric or hookups be prepared to go with out or battery power.

Nice size sites, with plenty of shade. Fishing, hiking, etc. They have a beach with fee access. The shower house could use a fresh coat of paint, bathrooms could use a thorough cleaning. They use to have camp hosts, no longer do.

Lots to do, fishing, hiking, exploring. Good size campsites with nice shade trees. Close to all areas. Wildlife. Bait shop and camp store. Was there on 4th of July excellent fireworks display.

Rain made trails wet. Enjoyed our site, nice campground. The line to clean out the tanks was long and blocks the way in and out. The roads need repair, many potholes. Otherwise very nice campground. Lots of birds.

Nice size camp sites. More privacy as trees and bushes fill out throughout the spring. Shower house no hot water, made for a quick shower.
