If you want to see caves in Florida. This is the place to go. Not much else to do there besides the caves.
Nice size campsites with fire pit and table. The bathrooms / showers and very nice and big. The park is very big but has very little campsites to stay at. The fort is right on the beach but if you want to go inside it does cost money. Dogs are welcome at the campsites but not on the beach.
Awesome place to camp without having to Carrier your equipment. When you get to the outpost you put your gear in the trailer and they drive it to the campsite for you. They drive you in a bus with the canoes and from there you paddle down to your campsite. The campsite we stayed at was nice and high off the river. The campsite are nice and big with a nice size table. Make sure you get a shovel and sleuth to find some snark teeth. We found over 100 just at the campsite alone.
Very nice place to stay with private and big campsites. The Staff are very welcoming and helpful. The spring has a nice concrete wall around it with a ledge you can sit on in the water. The canoe run is amazing.
