Quite. Clean. Nice water view from our site and a short walk to shower facility. Location of campground: a car ride away from activities. Not a bicycle friendly area.(hills and roadways).

Campground 1, site 12- pull through, level, very private, lots of shade.

Great hiking and biking trails.

Great campground. Our sites (9 & 35) were private and shady. Location is great. Convenient to bike into several communities. Lake an beach are perfect. Picnic tables were clean. Fire pits at each site ( although there was a fire ban during our trip)

Most sites marked as slight to moderate incline- I would rate as moderate +. Amazing staff met us at site and suggested others open sites that were better for van life leveling:).
Great distance between sites. Clean bathrooms and showers! Trails do not allow bikes.

Easy check in. Neighbors will be close but pull through was easy. Peaceful “little river” and lots of shade. Great location for day tripping to several great hikes in the Smokies.
