We love the outdoors and anything nature. Grew up in the northwest hiking PCT and all around Mt. Rainer now it is time to teach my children to enjoy nature’s playground and enjoy the outside and everything it has to offer!

Great getaway for kids!

This park has a great walking trail that is wheelchair accessible and camping in spring to fall. If you get bored you can always catch a small baseball game nearby at the park and it is next to Chariots Run for the avid golfer!

Wow! This place is amazing!

We love coming here for the cave of course. If you are not to squeamish to enjoy one of mother earths natural beauties of the underground the. This isn’t for you! They have amazing cave tours of all times of the day some for expert and some amateurs. This is a very neat place and wonder of the world as it holds the record for largest cave system in the world!!

Clean! Clean! Clean!

They have one of the cleanest parks! This is a Corp of Engineers reservoir that is well maintained. We stay in various places all over the park and the best thing about this is there are no fees to access the public areas of the dam to fish or lake! Our children love to camp and play around the lake!

Very kid friendly!

This camp site was very clean. There were very well maintened playgrounds for the children and lake activities were endless.   There are very decent pontoon rates at the marina.

Family Friendly & Private

Very clean and friendly. The beach was closed but we found a swimming hole off the beaten path. The primitive campgrounds are very clean. The lake water is very clean and the fish are bountiful!
