I had no idea this area was even back here. When into Fruita for dinner and then popped back up here for a beautiful sunset overlooking the River. There’s a ton of spots - pretty much all of them have a man made area for ground tents, but you can park your vehicle right next to the site if you have a rooftop tent.

I was headed to Grand Teton, but it got dark when I was passing through this area. Looked on this app to find it - it is very clean and beautiful. There wasn’t a soul here when I arrived, but I saw some people pass through around noon the next day. I would definitely recommend this spot if you need a pit stop to camp at.
