Amazing!

I love how most of the sites are on the water, water view or short walk to the water. Lots of trails!

Nice campground

We liked our site. Centrally located and neighbors only to one side. The campground isn’t paved, gravel sites. But our site was nicely landscaped. The owners were very nice and friendly. The weather wasn’t the best. We stayed here excited for the pool to be open. The pool was open but not heated due to waiting on a part to fix it. That was one big negative, but outside their hands. Either way with the weather, not sure how much the kids would have used it. We wish the basketball court was bigger, but it was nice to have. My boy’s liked the air hockey and ping pong table. We all loved the Olympic Game Farm, even my 14 year old. We highly recommend visiting the game farm, no matter your age.

Good one night stop

Campground was exactly what I expected after researching on their website and looking through their reviews. Very clean! We loved the indoor swimming pool, laundry room and dog park. It felt like a country club for RV resorts. We would stay again for multiple nights if the sites were bigger. No picnic table, no room for our awning, or even room to put out camping chairs. Although the sites are small, they at least have a common grass area near the office. I believe meant for dogs. My kids like a spot to play football. Other then that we really liked it here. Perfect place though for a one night stop for a good break for the family because of the pool, but the sites are way too small.

It was decent, but wouldn’t stay again

The office staff was very friendly. Local area has numerous things to do nearby. No kids activities for older kids due to our stay being in April. Game room and pool was closed. The train was pretty noisy and campground right next to houses. No trail to walk on and dog area very small. The playground was run down and very muddy due to the rainy stormy weather with hail. The campground is located right next to houses, no view. Bathrooms were clean. I liked our site compared to other sites there. My biggest disappointment was lack of things for the kids to do with it being a smaller campground and not any area for the kids to play football etc. I expect KOAs to have more activities for the kids.

Highlight of our road trip

It was a long drive for us, but an amazing find. The owners were amazing and very friendly. I can’t say enough how friendly and sincere the owners were. They even helped us back in when we were having trouble. We are new to the RV world. Site #18 was perfect and right behind our site was a trail in the forest to walk. Perfect balance between tree/shade and sun at the campground. Lots to do in the area.

Indoor pool was great!

Close to Cannon Beach, but not as close as I was expecting. The indoor pool was exactly what we were looking for. My kids had a blast. The basketball court and game room was a bit worn down, but my kids still enjoyed them. I was a bit disappointed in the lack of wilderness, privacy. RV park is right next to houses. I was hoping for more trails to walk our dog. The bathroom was clean. The store was not very well stocked. It was very convenient that they sell propane and gas though. Not sure if we’d stay again, but it was a nice two night getaway.
