We went during the hottest part of the year but the spots were nice, flat and full of views.

We got in super late at night and still happened to get a spot. Don’t be afraid to keep driving. It’s a long road with lots of spots.

Great spot within walking distance of boat ramp for swimming. Bring your own trowel and TP because the bathrooms are full of wasp nests. Great quiet camping though!
