Madison Arm Resort is set in the most beautiful place on the edge of the lake. You have to drive down a desolate dirt road for a solid 5-7 minutes to get the campground, but it was fun going around the curves in our SUV. I haven't seen inside their cabins (so I can't say anything about those), but the campsite for our tent was a decent size. it could have been a little further away from the other sites, it was right next to other tent sites with no barrier or space at all. There were pretty bad mosquitos on the first and last night we were there, but I'm sure just time of year for that. The Resort offers showers and bathrooms, they are small and relatively clean. The women's bathroom has a bad smell to it, can't figure it out. The laundry facilities they said they had (one washer and dryer) were both down for the three nights we were there :( which was disappointing. Overall, it was a breathtaking location to camp while exploring Yellowstone and the Tetons. We would stay here again.
