I checked this campground out in April while in the area and knew I would be coming back. Stayed for one night while passing through and couldn’t believe how quiet and peaceful it was. I could hear Lake Huron at night, the waves crashing against the shore. Cell service was good. Fire ring was sufficient and they do supply a picnic table as well.

I loved this park. I had a site on the Lake side. First night I arrived the lake was angry and a bit windy, when I woke up, it had calmed down significantly and the sun came out. Overall this campground is beautiful. The bathrooms are very clean. The campground staff was very nice. There is electric which was nice as I went early in the season and was able to plug in a heater.

This is one of my favorite campgrounds. Just beautiful. I had planned on doing more site seeing but ended up just setting my chair on the beach and taking in the lakeshore. Nice rustic campground. Very quiet.
