Nicely shaded, long site

We stayed one night when it happened to rain all evening. So, we stayed inside our camper. We did take a short walk around both camping loops in lighter rain. The swimming beach looked nice. They do have boat rental. Our site and the others we saw were nicely shaded. Look forward to visiting again in the sun for a longer period.

Loud party at night - ok site

We stayed for a night while traveling. We had a reserved site but got moved by the campground to a much less desirable site without notice. We were in the middle of the street, right by the bathroom and playground. Many campers used our site (19) as a main walk-way. There was a loud party with a DJ until after 10 pm. Yuk! The pool was OK. There is a snack bar at the pool.

Nicely wooded; beach on river!

We enjoyed site 19 with our pop up just prior to their annual Jimmy Buffet weekend. Nice little beach on the Swift River. Nicely wooded sites. A quarter will get you five minutes of hot water for your shower.

Lovely lake breezes - sites very close!

Great site with electric and water pumps close for filling before setting up camp. Sites are very close. You are on top of each other. The beach is not really a beach but a rocky mess. Lovely sunsets. Small commode and shower stalls. Use the larger bathhouse near the cabins. The bathhouse at the beach is under construction. Lovely sunsets were the best part.

Good experience - lovely swimming area and lakes!

We had a great stay at this park. We enjoyed biking and exploring the lovely blue-green lakes. The swimming area was awesome. We were on the edge of a the large RV section in Pinewoods with premium sites. However, they are all in the bright sun - no shade. It was great having the camp store so close!

Great Experience - Loop C Cain Hollow

We had a great four-night stay in Loop C at Cain Hollow in late July/early August. Our site was wide and long. We had electric and we close to a water pump so we could fill up our camper. The campground provides great metal locking bear prevention boxes at each site for your trash and cooler. So awesome! While we have visited this park in the past, we found the new bath house at Quaker Lake and new boat rental feature at that lake nice. However, $18 for an hour boat rental seemed high.

Great Pool!

We had the best time in a site next to our son and his gal. We both had pop-ups. The sites were clean and lovely places to stay while we enjoyed the Amish sites in the area. Ask about the special and free Amish tour linked dot the campground. Great swim in the pool. LOVELY new bath house.

Loved the view of the Potomac!

This park is a great spot for tent or pop-up camping. It had a wonderful hiking trail overlooking the Potomac River. We loved, loved, loved the water park feature. We can wait to visit again.

Site was OK. Pool was great!

This was a quick two night stay at a campground that was heavily populated with seasonal rentals. We were tossed into a site in the middle of the seasonals. There was one bath house for the whole place. The pavillion was supposed to be open all day long on weekends. However, it was not. The pool was awesome. The rest was just OK. We camped with our Aliner pop-up
